Every rate on this page is Noble's own, taken from the quotation template the firm issues to clients. Where that template prices a line only after a site survey, this calculator says so instead of inventing a figure.

Nothing is averaged from the market and no quantity is assumed for you. This is the online quote — the written one follows measurement of the unit and the materials you choose.

Priced on Noble's own rate card, so this is a real figure and not a range. What it is not yet is a contract price: the numbers that go on the written quotation come from measuring your unit and confirming the materials you actually choose.
Step 2 is a visit. Noble measures the unit, confirms the materials, and the details below get settled with you on the spot.
Open the rooms you are renovating and enter your own measurements. Carpentry is priced per foot run along the wall; tiling and flooring per square foot of the area covered.
Demolition and hacking
Hacking or altering any wall in a flat needs a permit from HDB before work starts. Noble's template also marks this section as subject to a Professional Engineer's endorsement where one is required; the PE fee is not in Noble's price.
The template prints ASK against this section: the scope depends on what is actually there, so it is measured on site rather than rated per unit.

The template prints "based on design" against this line, because the quantity follows the ceiling drawing rather than a room dimension.

Noble's template prints three inclusions against the cabinet lines at no charge: three undermount soft-closing drawer tracks, one soft-closing flip-up system, and one stainless steel dish rack.

These are the Bedroom 2 rates from Noble's template. They are per foot run and per square foot, so a third or fourth bedroom is more feet on the same line rather than a different price.

A single lump sum on Noble's template covering interior design consultation and space planning, 3D colour perspective drawings, proposed material selection, elevation drawings of carpentry works, and project management and site coordination.
What every carpentry line already includes
- Five-year warranty and lifetime service.
- All carpentry in solid plywood or E0 eco plywood, laminate finish up to $60 per piece, with soft-closing hinges, selected coloured internal PVC finish and ABS trimming on doors where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
- Three undermount soft-closing drawer tracks, one soft-closing flip-up system and one stainless steel dish rack are included with the kitchen cabinetry at no charge.
What this estimate does NOT cover
- Electrical works.
- Plumbing works.
- Air-conditioning works.
- Accessories and fittings — lights, sinks and the like — unless a line above names them.
- The Professional Engineer endorsement fee, where hacking requires one.
What can move this number on site
Most of these are not things a homeowner is expected to know before someone has looked at the unit — which is what the visit is for. Each one is explained to you on site, rather than priced in the dark.
Which block, and how old it is
Blocks of different ages were built to different specifications, and a unit that has been renovated before starts from whatever the last contractor left behind. Both change what has to come out before anything goes in.
Your actual layout
Carpentry is priced per foot run along the wall, so the layout is the quantity. Two flats sold under the same room count do not give you the same length of wall to build against.
What you want done, and to what level
How much storage, which finishes, whether existing carpentry is kept or replaced. This is the part only you can answer, and it is the largest single swing in any quotation.
Condominium: your MCST's renovation rules
In a condominium the management corporation sets the rules for its own development — what may be done, in which hours, and what has to be submitted before work starts. They are not the same from one development to the next, so yours has to be read rather than assumed. For an HDB flat the equivalent is the permit: hacking or altering any wall in a flat needs one from HDB before work starts.
How material gets in
Which floor, the size of the lift, and where a lorry is allowed to unload. Nothing about the design changes, but the labour of moving several tonnes of tile and board does.
Brick or concrete — and whether it may come down at all
What a wall is made of decides how long it takes to remove and whether it can be removed. This is why every demolition line on this page is priced on site: the same doorway is not the same job through brick as through reinforced concrete, and some walls stay.
Which board, and which finish
Every carpentry rate here already includes solid or E0 eco plywood with laminate up to $60 a piece. Choosing above that allowance is a real difference in the quotation, and it is a difference worth seeing samples of before you agree to it.
Whether the walls need levelling before paint
Paint does not hide an uneven wall; it shows it up under the light. Whether yours needs skimming is judged by looking along the surface, which cannot be done from a photograph or a floor plan.
Rates as supplied by Noble Interior Design on 13 August 2026. Material allowances are stated on the lines they apply to. A quote built here is not a contract: the written quotation is issued after the unit is measured and the actual materials are confirmed, and it is the quotation that binds.
